Mission & Vision

Our guiding purpose and long-term vision for the children of Pakistan.

Our Mission

To provide a prosperous and bright future to the young leaders of Pakistan by empowering them with quality education, a healthy environment, and basic needs.

We achieve this through direct intervention programs, community partnerships, and by building sustainable systems that continue to benefit children long after our initial involvement.

Our Vision

To build a nation where every child is educated — able to support themselves and their families, reduce poverty, and increase employment opportunities across Pakistan.

We envision a country where the cycle of poverty is permanently broken through the empowerment of its youngest generation.

Our Core Values

The principles that guide every decision, program, and partnership at CEFPak.

01

Mutual Respect

We believe every child, family, and community partner deserves to be treated with dignity and respect. We listen before we act, and we honour the culture, context, and worth of every person we serve.

02

Transparency

We maintain complete openness about how donations are used, how programs are run, and what results we achieve. Donors, communities, and partners can always see exactly where resources go and what impact they create.

03

Equality

Every child deserves equal access to education, healthcare, and opportunity — regardless of their gender, socioeconomic background, geographic location, or ethnicity. We serve all children without discrimination.

The Challenge

Why CEFPak Exists

Pakistan faces one of the world's most severe education crises. CEFPak exists to address it head-on.

More than 26 million children aged 5–16 are out of school in Pakistan, representing 44% of the total school-age population. This is not just an education crisis — it is a crisis of opportunity, of dignity, and of the nation's future.

Children from low-income families, orphans, girls in rural areas, and children in conflict-affected regions face the greatest barriers. Without intervention, poverty becomes a cycle that passes from one generation to the next.

CEFPak works in urban slums, rural villages, and underserved communities — wherever children need support most — to provide the education, care, and skills that break this cycle permanently.
